CPR Savers Training offers CPR/First Aid classes in association with the American Association of CPR Life Savers & First Aid
Safety™. Our network of professional emergency safety personnel
teach safety classes to individuals, EMS departments, government
agencies, businesses, schools and families.
First Aid Classes:
Our 2 to 2.5 hour "hands on" live first aid training class includes instruction on scene survey, recognizing the signs and symptoms of sudden illness, shock or injuries. Methods of treating patients with injuries: controlling bleeding, bandaging, splinting, transporting patients, treating victims for shock. Triage principles & legal aspects of providing first aid. Includes a First Aid student workbook and 2-year certification card.
Classes are available on-site at your location or at our training center.
All classes meet the OSHA guidelines and the 2005 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation & Emergency Cardiovascular Care. (All classes taught by certified Professional instructors & Medical professionals such as EMT's, Lifeguards, Nurses, Paramedics, Firefighters, & Policemen) |

Our 4 to 4.5 hour CPR/ First Aid Combination class incorporates "hands on" live first aid training with Adult, Child, & Infant CPR training & includes instruction on scene survey, recognizing the signs and symptoms of sudden illness, shock or injuries. Methods of treating patients with injuries: controlling bleeding, bandaging, splinting, transporting patients, treating victims for shock. Triage principles & legal aspects of providing first aid. Rescue breathing techniques, airway obstruction & choking prevention, Basic description of physiology & anatomy of the heart & lungs, Recognition & treatment of cardiopulmonary emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes, seizures, blood borne pathogen & personal protection, & good samaritan laws. Includes a CPR & First Aid student workbook and 2-year certification card.
